At EISSolution, we are committed to providing high-quality smart security gate products. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we aim to make this process as smooth as possible.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • For custom or OEM orders, cancellation is only accepted before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply (up to 30% of the order value).

2. Returns Policy

  • Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Custom-manufactured products (OEM/ODM) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

3. Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence.
  • We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund for confirmed manufacturing defects.
  • Our products come with a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Warranty

  • All EISSolution products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
